Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your DĀRA Jewellery pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 21-day return window, so you have 21 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items should be returned:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With original packaging
To start a return, simply email us at darajewellery@hotmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return Costs
We ask customers to cover the cost of returns.
A £2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
A quick note on certain items
For hygiene reasons, earrings aren’t eligible for return.
Sale items are also non-returnable.
If you’re ever unsure before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help you choose.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.
The easiest way to swap something is to return your item and place a new order — this ensures you get what you want as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we’ll check it over and let you know as soon as it’s been processed.
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days (depending on your bank).
